Growing investment reflects Ukraine’s investment appeal

The fact that the total volume of foreign investment in Ukraine has grown to US $31 billion in recent years shows that Ukraine is attractive to investors. President Yushchenko made this comment at the Ninth Session of Heads of Missions in Ukraine.

“Four years ago, we had accumulated FDI amounting to only US $7.6 billion. Today, our calculations show US $38 billion. This means that in not-quite four years, we have added nearly US $31 billion in FDI. This, in turn, means that Ukraine is a modern, attractive country for investors.
