Travel to Ukraine

Ukraine is located in the center of Europe and has many modes of transportation in order to get visitors there.  Visitors can us air, sea, or land transportation such as train or car to come to Ukraine.  The fastest and easiest way to get to Ukraine from other continents is by air.  Many of the major cities in Ukraine have modern airports that are capable of accepting flights and they do have direct flights from Europe, Asia, or Africa every day.

The air-gateway to Ukraine is Boryspil Airport in Kyiv which is the capital of Ukraine.  The airport is located 40 kilometers from the city center. There many daily flights to other countries and thus links Ukraine to the world. Also the airports of Lviv, Kharkiv, Odessa, and Simferopol help Kyiv with flights, and Odessa and Simferopol have flights to Arab countries. Odessa is also the largest port in Ukraine. In order to have an easy entrance into Ukraine no matter what mode of transportation is chosen.  One must know the entrance procedures and customs regulations.  This information is going to help assist someone through this situation.

The easiest way to travel to Ukraine is by air. The largest cities in Ukraine all have airports with connections to some Arab countries.  The cities are Kyiv, Odessa, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Simferopol. Some airports have direct connections to the following cities: Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Kuwait (Kuwait), Cairo (Egypt), Hurghada (Egypt), Sharm el-Sheikh (Egypt), Damascus (Syria), and Amman (Jordan).
