VR changes law on grain and grain market

The Verkhovna Rada passed in its entirety Law Nº3352 “On amending the Law of Ukraine ‘On grain and the grain market in Ukraine.’”

The adoption of this law changes the Law “On grain and the grain market,” which, among others: a) clarifies the procedure for the issue of certificates by a specially-authorized government body responsible for state quality control of grain and grain products regarding services for storing grain and grain products (new edition, Art. 11); b) establishes the requirements in accordance with which export and import operations with grain and grain products, except for baked goods and pastas, take place upon the presentation of a quality certificate for the grain and grain product, which is issued by the local office of the specially-authorized government body responsible for state quality control of grain and grain products (Art. 21); c) establishes the grounds for denying the above-mentioned certificates or canceling them.
