ZAPORIZHSTAL

INDUSTRIAL UNION of DONBAS

The activity of the corporation consists in studying markets of ferrous metals in CIS and foreign countries, selling products of metallurgical works and tube works, developing intra industry co-operative contacts, modernization of equipment and technical re-equipment of metallurgical works and also the enterprises of the fourth and the fifth repartitions, providing the iron & steel works with the main kinds of raw materials, power resources and additional materials.

INTERPIPE

The mill is dedicated to production of seamless pipes for oil and gas and power industry, machinery, pipes for industrial application and also rail way wheels and tires.

Product range:

• for oil and gas industry: seamless casing, line pipes
• for machinery and power generation: seamless pipes, including pipes for submerged pumps and engines, ball bearing pipes, precision pipes and welded pipes
• for other industries: seamless,  welded pipes, square rectangular forged wheels for locomotives, passenger carriages and freight cars, underground trains.

ILLICH METALLURGY PLANT

The main aspect of the Plant's activity is to produce high quality steel plate used in important structures, shipbuilding, pipelines, gas pipes, water-supply pipes, compressed gas flasks.

Among the basic products are: iron ore sinter for iron production, pig iron, granulated slag and screened into size ranges crushed stone, cast and rolled slabs, mono - and bimetal plates, hot-rolled products including pickled and cold-rolled products in coils and sheets, cold-rolled steel (including galvanized steel) in coils and sheets, steel strip, seamless and welded pipes, steel flasks tor gases.

ISTIL

CJSC Mini Steel Mill ISTIL (Ukraine) is one of the most advanced steel mills in Ukraine that has become an example of a successful foreign investment.

ISTIL Group owning the Mill invested more than USD 150 million to introduce the state-of-the-art pollution-free steel making, refining and continuous casting processes.

ISTIL (Ukraine) produces continuously cast square billets for rerolling and continuous cast pipe billets, as well as hot-rolled rounds of carbon, structural, high-alloy and stainless steel grades for mechanical engineering works, ball-bearing plants, pipe mills, oil and gas industry and nuclear power engineering.

Besides, ISTIL (Ukraine) became one of the few CIS producers of improved heat-treated rolled stock.
